Apprentices are paid to learn a new trade, spending about 80% of their time on the job, working alongside a Journeymen and 20% of their time getting supplemental instruction in a classroom. You gain work experience, learn the skills you need, and finish your apprenticeship as a certified tradesperson ready to be hired.
Apprenticeship opportunities are regularly shared on the WOJRC Facebook page.
